Thoughts (What / Why)
What we value
Commit to customer value
We do not simply develop what is requested; we take responsibility for the business outcomes that lie beyond. No matter how technically superior something is, it is meaningless if it does not lead to increased sales or improved user experience. We constantly ask ourselves, 'Is this truly creating value?' and focus on outcomes rather than outputs.
Think simply
We do not consider complexity to be a value. Over-engineering and unnecessary technology slow down speed, increase costs, and make improvement difficult. We emphasize identifying what is truly necessary, stripping away waste, and building simply. Being simple is a strength and the foundation for sustainable development.
Prioritize speed
Rather than taking time aiming for perfection, we prioritize giving shape to things and delivering value first. We emphasize the cycle of 'release early, learn early, improve early' to maintain competitiveness in a fast-changing environment. Speed is not in opposition to quality; rather, it is a crucial element for maximizing value.
Think at a global standard
While assuming the quality demanded by the Japanese market as a prerequisite, we build the optimal development structure from a global perspective. We achieve a high-level balance of quality, speed, and cost, aiming to be chosen based on value rather than mere price competition.
Create together (CO-PRODUCTION)
We treat clients not merely as orderers, but as partners heading toward the same goal. We don't just receive requirements; we understand the underlying business challenges, think together, and shape them together. We believe that essential value and sustainable results are born only within a relationship of co-creation.

Execution (How)
Our Action Guidelines
Take ownership
Regardless of roles, everyone is involved in the project as a stakeholder. We value the attitude of actively finding problems and working toward solutions rather than waiting for instructions. Delivering value while crossing boundaries when necessary, without being confined to one's own domain, elevates the performance of the entire team.
Have cost awareness
All development is a cost and at the same time an investment. We always prioritize rationality in technology selection and feature implementation, constantly considering 'Is this really necessary?' and 'Is the value worth the investment?'. Engineers having a business perspective creates strong products.
Do not do unnecessary overtime
We do not evaluate long working hours. What is important is how much value can be created within a limited time. Problems are not solved by time, but by design, prioritization, and communication. Maintaining sustainable, high productivity leads to organizational competitiveness.
Discuss openly
We emphasize flat and open communication. We create an environment where anyone can express their opinions regardless of position or nationality, sharing discomforts and issues at an early stage. Candid discussions can sometimes lead to conflict, but it is a necessary process for better output.
Keep learning
Technology and markets are constantly changing. We are not satisfied with the status quo, but continue to adopt, test, and improve new technologies and ways of thinking. Based on the premise that individual growth is directly linked to organizational growth, we value an attitude of continuous learning.
