CO-PRODUCTION
IT Communicator/Comtor
Translate technical and project documentation between Japanese and Vietnamese (both directions)
Provide interpretation support during meetings and discussions between the Vietnam team and Japanese clients/partners
Serve as a communication bridge between the development team and Japanese clients
Participate in IT project management activities
Support requirement clarification; candidates with the ability to take on Business Analyst (BA) responsibilities (e.g., documentation, business analysis) are preferred
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Japanese Studies or a related field
Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency (N1/N2), with proven experience in client-facing communication with Japanese stakeholders
Required Skills
1–6 years of experience as a Comtor in an IT company; experience in Business Analysis (BA) is a plus
Solid understanding of software development processes and IT terminology
Strong communication skills; honest and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and situational handling skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
