Senior BrSE/ Account coordinator
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients in IT projects.
Requirement Management: Capture client requirements, orientations, and expectations to guide the development team accurately.
Project Coordination: Synchronize workflows between clients, development teams, and Comtors.
Progress Tracking: Manage project timelines and monitor quality to ensure on-time delivery.
Client & Project Coordination: Participate in client meetings to provide progress updates and address arising issues.
Issue Resolution: Proactively analyze, evaluate, and propose solutions for project issues.
Strategic Support: Assist BUL/PM in task management and workload control for the team.
Account Growth: Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for project expansion.
Negotiation: Participate in high-level discussions, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Mandatory:
Language: Japanese proficiency (N1/N2 - Business level) with excellent communication skills.
Industry Experience: Proven experience working in an IT environment with Japanese clients.
Background: Prior experience as a BrSE, IT Communicator, Project Coordinator, or Senior Comtor.
Sales Mindset: Experience in project sales or sales-related activities.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and situational handling skills.
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Experience negotiating project scope, timeline, or budget.
Experience managing/coordinating Comtor or Dev teams.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Technical knowledge of coding or development is a significant plus.
