Job Requirements
Business Analyst (BA)
Analyze and clarify business requirements from clients.
Analyze current business processes (AS-IS) and propose improved processes (TO-BE).
Document requirements in the form of BRD, SRS, user stories, or use cases.
Collaborate with the QC team to ensure the system is tested according to requirements.
Participate in UAT and support users during the testing and acceptance process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields
Candidates proficient in English are preferred
Required Skills:
Knowledge of business analysis and software development processes.
Ability to write clear and logical documentation (BRD/SRS/User Stories).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or software systems is an advantage
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using tools such as Figma, Draw.io, and Excel.
Familiar with UML modeling, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.
